TurboTax wanted to change that by bringing the warmth of a friendly neighborhood tax office online. The goal: make filing feel human, calm, and supportive.

We helped create a 3D virtual store—an inviting space where users can meet real tax experts based on their needs. Using volumetric capture, we brought each expert to life as lifelike 3D guides. The result: a relaxed, human-centered experience powered by smart design and technology.
